Sorry this is not possible in the version at the moment, as to diable email they would have to delete the accounts and so on. Which everything would be lost.

    continued

    hi again!
Its mean is that suspend a account is only for webpage suspension nothing else it should be noticed by cpanel team that if i want to give somebody warning then i have to terminate his account rather then suspension.

its not fair with the user.
    anyways thanks for your reply

Sadly, and itsa imposible for cpanel to impliment this except if they wrote there own email system and so. At the moment they use 3rd party systems, which for it to work would have to make a backup of stored emails or so and then delete the account and if un sunspended re create account and put backup back.

    Sorry!

    Go on, have a guess
Well, you could simply their their email password(s) and cPanel account password to achieve that.

If you want to make an enhancement request, check http://bugzilla.cpanel.net to make sure it hasn't already been sugested and if not, create a new enhancement entry.

    just an idea...

This is just an idea, but I think it would be easier to just delete their zone in the DNS until they pay to you, and after that, just re-insert the zone.
