I suspended an account but my suspended page won't display. I get this error on the page:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It does point to the right place I think: http://<my domain>/suspended.page
When I show permissions on the file / folder I get this:
drwxr-xr-x 2 <me> <me> 4096 Jun 24 2005 suspended.page/
drwxr-xr-x 2 <me> <me> 4096 Jun 24 2005 ./
drwxr-x--- 70 <me> nobody 4096 Jun 13 21:31 ../
-rw-r--r-- 1 <me> <me> 3448 Jun 5 2005 index.html
Any ideas?
