I did a test on this. If the reseller owns his domain and its suspended the loop will occur. If the reseller domain is owned by root then there is no loop. Can someone else test this out?

I'v never been able to get the suspended.page thing to work. In fact, the only place i see suspended.page is in /usr/local/apache/htdocs and nowhere else. Its not in the /home/username/public_html on any of my domains and there is no entry in .htaccess so im not sure what the others were saying. Does anyone have some information on exactly what needs to be added to get this to work?

Create a suspended.page folder in your public_html folder of your reseller account. Then put an index.htm file in there. Thats all there is to it.

My reseller already has a suspended.page and a index.html file in his public_html folder and he suspended a site tonight but no suspended page shows. Does it show when the user attempts to login or when the site is accessed from http://asite.com:2082?

On my old host if they suspended a site it would redirect to www.[company name].com/site.suspended.php4 and taht would say something like

"The site you're trying to view is ..." and then redirect you to their hosting packages ordering system, very dum cuz thats gonna get 'em lotsa customers

Then something should have been written to .htaccess? Nothing appears in .htaccess for the suspended site. Is there nobody here we can give clear instructions?
