    I don't think you can do that. With http://customerdomain.com suspended in the first place, you cannot display its pages.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Have your reseller in WHM go to:

    Main >> Account Functions >> Modify Suspended Account Page

    And make thier own page this will do what you want.
