All my suspended accounts exhibit a 500 error, for example:

    suexec_log shows this entry:

    [2015-03-06 17:59:16]: uid: (504/stripper) gid: (505/stripper) cmd: suspendedpage.cgi
    [2015-03-06 17:59:17]: uid: (504/stripper) gid: (505/stripper) cmd: suspendedpage.cgi

I use Cpanel's default HTML for the suspended page content.

Any idea where to look for the cause of this issue? thanks.

    Hello,

Could you let us know what specifically is output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when you notice the "500" error in your browser?

    Thank you.
