Suspending account removes redirect

It seems that suspending accounts replaces the htaccess file and removes the redirects placed in cPanel (and subsequently within htaccess). The problem comes when the account is unsuspended, the redirect is no longer there.

Would it be possible to fix this?

This problem is reported three years ago... I don't know why do you even have that Bugzilla, is that just to show off with a nice list of bugs that will never be fixed...
