Suspending accounts full lockdown?

Hello,

I've recently suspended an account.
However, only the website shows as being suspended.
Is there any way to also suspend incoming/outgoing emails and ftp?

Hello,

Whenever you suspend an account , emails , FTP as well as the site gets suspended. There is no way that your can use FTP or email service when his account is suspended.

As suspension is supposed to be a temporary state, the system will still accept email messages for the account, however they will not be accessible until the account is un-suspended.

That's actually what seems to still be running.
