I have several customers not paying there bills in time, which finally results in suspending there account. I'm looking for a feature before finally suspendig the whole account. Does whm offers an option for disabling POP, IMAP and webmail access for a specific account?

I have experienced that users who can't access email, will pay immediately. Such a feature will not affect the website or received mail and can still send emails. They simply can't access the inbox anymore.

I haven't found such an option in whm, so probably it isn't present. Of course I can change all passwords, but I was looking for a feature just as suspending the account.

If this is a feature in whm, I'd like to know where to find it. If it isn't, perhaps it's a nice feature to incorporate in future versions of cpanel. It even would be nicer if customers could receive just one email, saying email access is prohibited and why.
