    Hi

    This is pretty dumb i think but im gonna ask anyway. If i suspend a resellers account does it suspend all their customers accounts too?

    Don't worry, it's not a dumb question.

    However, suspending a reseller's account does suspend all their customers' accounts as well.

    Strange but I just suspended a reseller and all his sites are active?

    Is there a way to suspend everyone with one command?

    I thought I'd seen a cpanel option which allowed you to choose whether to suspend their customers or not? Isn't there something in Reseller Center?

    If you suspend the reseller under the reseller center, you have the option to perform the action for all their associated accounts.

    If you suspend the resellers domain (through account management), it will not impact their associated accounts.
