    Hi all,
Anyone having used the swapip function who can answer the following?

Does the swapip function also update serial?

If so, will it only add 1 to the serial regardless of what the serial is (ex if it is 2009040501 it will just add 1 so it will be 2009040502).

If so, is it possible to set the serial to todays date plus number (2010111501) instead?

And finally, will swapip swap all rr's in a zone having that IP or will it only change the domain's A rr?

The documentation says nothing about this unfortunately.

I was wondering the same thing.

My guess is that it replaces every instance of sourceip with targetip - much the same as WHM does when you transfer a domain from one server to another.
