Hi all, looking for some more help... seeing as tho you guys are pretty quick.....

Im having problems with SWF files, if my client embeds it into a html document, the flash file plays perfeectly, if he enter the url for it i.e. http://yourdomain.com/flash.swf it wont play it, and comes up with a box asking whether you want to open / save / cancel / more info

If you click open it says that the file wasnt available...

I tested this on a few other accounts on the server and its the same for all of them.... I then had a look at hot linking, this was disabled so i enabled it and disabled it again, just to make sure...

I then thought about other files, such as jpg and gifs etc.... these work absolutely perfectly... they are accessible via there URL... it just appears to be swf files.... any help?

Its to do with one of the httpd modules..... goto httpd.conf and find where it excludes some file types (not at a system to access any of the servers right now unfortunately) and add an exclude for .swf :)
