    Hi,

I've seen in cPanel (not WHM), that the user can switch accounts by a drop box. How can I use that feature?

    Thanks,

This is due to being logged in as the root or reseller user which gives them access to all users owned by said reseller. You would need to login as the reseller or as a user with the root password to use this drop down box. Please note you will get an error if you attempt to login as root as this is not a valid cPanel user.

    Hello :)

This feature is controlled via the following option under the "System" tab in "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings":

"Accounts that can access a cPanel user account"

Per the information listed, this setting specifies who can access a user’s cPanel account. Account-Owner refers to the particular reseller that owns the user account. Note: Disabling root access here will also disable root’s access to the Branding Editor in WHM.

    Thank you.

Im little confused if there can be a user as "root"

as in the tweaks in WHM there is an option to allow
Accounts that can access a cPanel user account: [?] - Root, Account-Owner, and cPanel User

There is no, can be no, cPanel user named root, no.

root owns the server and can, with that option in Tweak Settings set, access cPanel accounts.
