    Hi,

I have switched from ProFtpd to Pure-FTP and then again back from Pure-FTP to ProFtpd server through the WHM. After this action, the anonymous FTP access stopped working properly. When I log in as anonymous user, I can see the bin, etc, lib, mail and pub directories, but I can not see the incoming directory. It seems to me, that for some reason, the system is treating the the website as name based, but is should handle it as IP based.

Any idea what might have happened and how to fix it?

    Thanks!

For me when I login as anonymous@domain.com it goes where it is supposed to... however when I login as anonymous (or just enter ftp.domain.com in IE) I have those five directories....

    Any clues? :)

for a domain with shared IP, you should be always using user@domain format.

juz anonymous will work only for dediated IP accounts.

Yes I understand but if I didn't put the correct login (anonymous@domain.com) I shouldn't be able to logon.... or should I? :)
