I know this is a setting somewhere in WHM, but where? I can't to switch from HTML to Prompt login.

By HTML I mean it has the form to login. and I want the Prompt(popup window) to come up asking for the username and password.

    Any help?

Hmm try disabling at the bottom of tweak setting the:

"Allow cPanel users to reset their password via email"

    Option, that might do it.

    close, but not quite!

At the bottom of the "tweak settings" page, uncheck the box for "Disable Http Authentication for cPanel/WebMail/WHM Logins (forces cookie authentication)"

    That should do it! :D
