Symbolic link between addon domains

    I have an account set up with and have an add-on domain in that account of and its files are stored in /home/domain1/public_html/

    I'd like to be able to have a symbolic link between the images folder so that it can be accessed on (eg to make show the same files as

    How can I do this? At the command line as root I've run ln -s /home/domain1/public_html/images/ /home/domain1/public_html/ and I see the link images when I log in via FTP, but I get an error 403 when trying to visit on the web.

    What am I doing wrong?
