Symlinking out of /tmp

    As a way to workaround the problem with installing using pecl while /tmp is mounted with noexec, I made a symlink from /tmp to a folder in /root/tmp so pecl's tmp files can be run.

    My question is can all users on the server also use this method to circumvent the noexec?
