Sync mailbox calendar with outlook desktop client?

We need to set up calendar to see if meeting room is busy or available.
I thought making new email and using its calendar would be best solution, but I dont understand how to sync cpanel calendar with outlook application.
Would be nice to do this without 3rd part addons. And we got Outlook versions from 2003 til some using o365.
