System Compromised???

I recieved a message saying the following:

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This message is to inform you that the
account nttech has user id 0 (root privs). This could mean that
your system was compromised (OwN3D). To be safe you should verify that your
system has not be compromised.

I can't find a user called "nttech" can someone please help me out here please?

Did you check headers to be sure it came from your server. Does it offer a link to "fix" this problem?.
