System install?

I purchased CPanel from PowerSurge.net and tried to install it on my RH 7.2 and 7.1 system but on both system it hangs at Waiting for updated to finish. How long should that part of the process take? Any suggestoins on how to get this fully instlaled?

cPanel Access Level
Root Administrator
This error ocure if you dont have installed rsync on your server.
Install rsync, then run installation of cpanel.
