System status showing processes as dead (after reboot), but they are running

    Hello,

    I've just purchased a server and it came with cPanel, which seem to be quite easy to administrate.

    However, I am having a weird problem here after I have installed clamd and "ConfigServer Security&Firewall";

    When I go into "server status" after a reboot, all my processes are said to be "down", however when I go in via SSH and do a "ps aux |grep processname" I can see that they are running.

    Then, after a few minutes the processes appear to be "up" again (all green lights).

    How do I set "ConfigServer Security&Firewall" (yes I think this is the culprit) to make the processes show as "online" instantly (as soon as they are up) inside of system status of WHM?

    Thank you in advance.

    Sincerely,
    Henrik,

    I should add that these are the processes showing as "down" at the reboot;

    antirelayd
    clamd
    cpsrvd
    entropychat
    exim (exim-4.68-1_cpanel_maildir)
    eximstats
    spamd

    However the server is working, accepting mail and all of that.

    It takes awhile for it to update in the server stats in cpanel and whm, whereas the SSH response is current.

    Thank you, I did not know that. On another control panel system I use (InterWorx) all status changes are instant, thus I got a bit confused. :p:p

    To update the cpanel sensors faster, simply click on the service manager and hit save. This should force your green lights very fast. If all the sensors do not show, just hit it again.
