I received constant emails with the following message:

De: "cPanel ChkServd Service Monitor" <cpanel@xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
Assunto: tailwatchd - chkservd on xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx status: hang
Data: 30 de agosto de 2012 18:36:27 BRT
    Para: XXXXX@XXXXX.com

The chkservd sub-process with pid 28482 was running for 301 seconds. The sub-process was terminated as it exceeded the time between checks of 300 seconds. Please check /var/log/chkservd.log and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd_log to discover the cause.

Checking the log "/var/log/chkservd.log" encounter the following message in time informed in the email:

    Hello :)

The log output indicates it's the IMAP service check that's keeping the Chkservd process running longer than 5 minutes. The lack of response from the IMAP service would be the root cause of this issue. Please try restarting this service manually to see if it finishes in a normal amount of time:

    Code:
    # /scripts/restartsrv_imap
    Thank you.
