since my WHM/Cpanel was updated to I start to receive e-mails with the message:

    "tailwatchd on cpanel.xxxx failed"

Using "ps aux | grep tail" or "ps aux | grep watc" no proccess is show.

If I use "/scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd" not happens

    If I use " /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/stoptailwatch" I receive this message:
    [28117] [2012-10-31 22:51:23 +4600] [main] Could not stop current process '13758'

If I use "/usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/starttailwatch" I receive this message, like tailwatchd is runnig:
    tailwatchd is already running.

But the e-mail with the "tailwatchd on cpanel.xxxx failed" message continues to be sent to me.

Someone may help me to fix this?
