    Hello,

    Please try the following commands:

    Code:
    /scripts/mysqlup --force
    /scripts/perlinstaller --force DBD::mysql
    /scripts/checkperlmodules --full --force
    At that point, re-attempt starting cPanel again:

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/cpanel restart
    Then check if tailwatchd is running:

    Code:
    ps aux | grep tailwatchd
    If it is still not working at that point, please open up a ticket using the link in my signature.

    Thanks!
