A customer says it's taking along time to receive email, when I check the mail queue, sure enough, he has mail in there.

We've restarted Exim and this appears to help for maybe an hour, but it starts right back again. He does eventually get the mail, but it can be 24 hours later :(

Any ideas on how to solve this prob MUCHO appreciated.

He's a reseller and not over quota. He only sends and receive on average of 80 emails aday. Anymore ideas ? I run the mail troubleshooter and it says everything is ok.

Hmmmmm.

I'm stumped.

Is there any connectin problem at your client's site? You may try create an email account under his domain and try receive the mail at your end.

Actually, what are the mail quotas (size) ???? How do you increase the mail quota ??

I sure don't see an option for this in WHM or cpanel.

Hello,

The mail quotas for individually created accounts is initially set to 10 megs. This can be changed from within the add/remove accounts in the cpanel. If that is not what you are referring to, please accept my apologies.
