Whilst creating new accounts I get this:

Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/afunny/
tar: ./public_ftp: Cannot change ownership to uid 0, gid 0: Operation not permitted
tar: ./public_html: Cannot change ownership to uid 0, gid 0: Operation not permitted
tar: .: Cannot change ownership to uid 0, gid 0: Operation not permitted
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
Added Entries to httpd.conf..... so on so on.

    What is causing this?

Doesn't seem to have any noticable error/effects though. But would still like to know what causes this.

This is where the dewfault files are copied to new accounts, if exists.
