TCP_OUT Blocked - too much in log file, server hacked or...?

Hi,
I need to know how I can find what trying to connect from my server to some other IP? is that possible?
I have very much lines in my log file like this (not same port):

Dec 16 20:26:15 host kernel: Firewall: *TCP_OUT Blocked* IN= OUT=eth1 SRC=MAIN-SERVER-IP DST=62.162.196.75 LEN=44 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=64 ID=1827 DF PROTO=TCP SPT=50631 DPT=8080 WINDOW=5840 RES=0x00 SYN URGP=0

Firewall blocking this but last few days I have high load and I thinking that this can be problem!!!

is this normal? Something on server must send this requests...

I hope so that somebody can help...
