Teamspeak - Opening Ports

Hello Guys,

I've got a server running the following:

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R119
Fedora i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I'm also running APF.

I'm trying to open up certain ports on this server to enable people to use a 'Teamspeak block' for their webpage. I have tried disabling APF and IPTables and the customer is still unable to get the block working...

Anyone got any ideas if there could be something else blocking the ports?
