Temporary cPanel URL

I know how to access my temporary URL by typing http://IPADDRESS/~username

but can I access the temporary cPanel also? I tried http://IPADDRESS/~username/cpanel

but got a 404 error. Any ideas?

Yes, you can actually access cPanel directly over the IP address. EX:

http://ipaddress/cpanel
