The temporary URL (Apache Mod_UserDir) is working just fine but the domain is throwing a 500 error. Viewing a txt file on the domain works fine too

Could you let us know the specific error message in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when you notice the error in your browser? Also, ensure you review what's incompatible with Apache Mod_Userdir at:

The errors are:
End of script output before headers: php5
And (I believe this is referring to the above error):
AH01215: suexec policy violation

Check to make sure your PHP files are configured with 0644 permissions. Also, could you let us know which PHP handler is active on this system?
