Esto no es realmente suficiente información. ¿Hay algo anotado en el registro de errores maillog, exim mainlog o cPanel en relación con esto?

Para verificar los siguientes registros, necesitaría tener acceso de raíz al servidor mediante SSH:

This isn't really enough information. Is there anything noted in the maillog, exim mainlog or cPanel error log in relation to this?

In order to check the following logs you'd need to have root access to the server using SSH:
