Terminate a account halfway.. now i can't remove it..

I stop half way while terminating an account via whm.

now "List Accounts " doesn't show that account.

but

when i go "Terminate an Account ", i can see the domain there.

however, when i try to terminate it, it say:

Warning!.. system user ABCD does not exist!

how can i completely remove this account.

You'll have to remove this account's files, as well as entries/directives in conf files, manually: httpd.conf, /etc/passwd, /etc/group, etc...

Hi,

i check /etc/passwd, /etc/group and httpd.conf , there is no mention of that user account.
any other files to check?

Check these files and directories:
/var/cpanel/users/
/var/named/
/etc/named.conf
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/localdomains
/etc/userdomains
/etc/valiases/
/etc/vdomainaliases/

the domain suddenly disappear from the "terminate list" when i login to whm to check. LOL. thanks alot for the help.
