Tried to delete an account but not working, anyway to force delete it?

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to determine which configuration file the domain name is missing from?

    Thank you.

    Hello @urgido,

This can happen when an invalid entry exists in one of the several configuration files that exist on the system for the corresponding cPanel username. Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature if you'd like us to take a closer look to see if that's the case.

    Thank you.
