Terrible ftp & cpanel conntect speed!

    I have 3 servers.
    Other servers is OK.
But main server(he reserve Primary DNS) is horrible speed to connect ftp & cpanel.

    I have a nice resolv.conf.
After ftp & cpanel connected, we have to wait 10 minuite to use.

    How can fix this problem.
I searched all ftp issue, but not solved!

This really sounds like a dns issue. What does the resolve.conf say? have you performed nslookups on the box to ensure that it is resolving lookups correctly?

Turn off reverse DNS lookups and indent lookups in your proftpd.conf file.

Open /etc/proftpd.conf and find this line:

    DefaultRoot ~ !wheel

    Below it add:

    UseReverseDNS off
    IdentLookups off
    TimeoutNoTransfer 900
    TimeoutIdle 900

I applied all solution of this froum.
    But ....

I work good to reverse ip and log-in.
When system check password, we have to stay about 10 min.

ip reverse is fast, log-in id checking 10~20 sec.
But password checking take 10 min.
