Terrible user

    Ok, so Im terrible at using cpanel, I can install and setup anything you want on linux but cpanel gets my all confused.. Anyways, I have php installed on my server and cpanel is running etc.. and I can access phpMyAdmin through the cpanel, but when I upload my files, it trys to download index.php and won't let me view it.

    How big the db you are tring to upload ?

    Im not trying to upload a db. Im trying to setup my website. I have index.php and when I go to my domain.com/index.php it trys to download index.php......... same with all the other files.

    You're in luck. You can probably fix this without cpanel. Take a look at httpd.conf.
