Text based skin

Does anyone have a text based skin they are willing to share? I know Elena was working on one but then scrapped it

My internet connection is very bad due to the OC3 being saturated so a text based skin would be ideal.

Burst has a text only skin wich I think is pretty cool.

Just check out there Demo, the NON branded one...

I have one, WebCenter2. You can check it out at http://www.cpanelskins.com/webcenter2/index.html

It`s not free but then again it was a good amount of work that went into it.
