Great reply by all and also a huge understanding of the little people that are a huge part of your business.

What super duper news, now you got me all excited
@cPanelMichael Yes im doing fine thanks so much for asking

I semi retired 2 years ago and fully retired last year. Now that i have alot of my todo list done i am looking for things to keep me busy. The computer and PHP programming help to keep my mind active so i try to stay involved in some respects with little projects here and there. But starting in early 2020 probably around february i will need a dedicated server as i have decided to code a online store software from scratch. Its about 50% complete already but ill need the dedi and cPanel with it to set up some enviroments i need for it. Last year i got this great deal for a shared hosting from a well known company for $9.99 for the whole year, yep just 1x payment 10 bucks for all 12 months included and i could not pass that up. Well that promotion is over in march 2020 so ill be jumping over to a dedi before them.
Its a project that is just complicated enough to help keep me sharp and challenge me, and just non complicated enough for me to do alone. Some have said i should put it over on github and make it a open source deal, but im not sure i want to do that. It means getting bogged down new tools ill have to learn which hurts production time and also it means i also have to take time to micro manage others input because i wont put my name on it unless its top notch. I dont want to spend all my time managing i want to code lol. That may be an option one day to hand it off to open source to keep it going after im gone but ill look at that another day.
I moved from New Mexico to East Texas 2 years ago, went to Lake Fork for vacation (which is about 60 miles or so from Dallas) and loved the area and the people so i bought some land here and its one of the best decisions i have ever made. This may not make sense to some but here when they say good morning, they mean it, they want to chit chat about family and really get to know each other, i love that hospitalilty and genuine concern for others. GOD Bless Texas! lol

This area is a very slow paced, non stress environment, also to my liking. I love that i can go out in the middle of winter in my shorts and work in the yard lol. But still in the winter i usually get fat and in the summer i lose it by being outside more, im used to it by now.
Anyway before i make this a book ill stop here...
Thanks again for asking...
