Hello,

Could you elaborate some more on the specific issue you encountered? For instance, are you stating that backups for terminated accounts exist on the remote destination? Or, is the issue that backups for terminated accounts do not exist on the remote backup destination?

Thank you.

Backups for terminated accounts exist on the remote destination.
And in my VPS these accounts do not exist!
Hello,

This is normal behavior. Backups are stored and pruned based on the date of the individual backup directory they are stored in. Thus, terminated accounts are retained for the duration of your backup retention settings:

Backup Configuration - Version 70 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Here's a feature request that may interest you:

Manage backups of terminated accounts

Thank you.

Im using Weekly Backup with 4 Retentions.
Will the terminated accounts (websites) back up for 4 weeks?

Also, where are these files (physical path) for the terminated accounts ?

Yes, the backups for the the terminated accounts will remain until the last dated backup directory with a backup of those accounts is pruned. If you retain four weekly backups, then that will happen after four weeks time when the oldest weekly backup is pruned.

Thank you.
