    Dear all,

I've been noticing that my cpanel backup (new backup, not legacy) completed with error. I got email stating that: The backup process completed, but 1 error occurred. And here's what inside of the email.

Can anyone point me out about whats goin on? I really don't understand about what happening. As far as I know, database "user_dbname" has no table locked or error in it...

    Any help appreciated.

    Hello :)

Could you try manually backing up this account to see if the issue is reproducible? EX:

    /scripts/pkgacct $username
    Thank you.
