I used XML-API (/scripts/showbw) to get the bandwidth information. But the data are the same in three days. How to get the real time bandwidth information? Thanks.

I know typically that bandwidth data is generated once every 24 hours in a cPanel/WHM environment. Just to be sure, the raw XML-API output, cPanel interface and WHM interface all show the same results, correct?

I am unsure what would cause bandwidth to not update in 3 days, assuming the website is consuming bandwidth and isn't being accessed via http://IP/~username where IP is either the IP address of the server, the hostname or any domain on the server.
