The connection has timed out

Whenever I try to access WHM I get

"The connection has timed out"

and I can't access cpanel of one of my accounts, too!


Strange thing is that server and all its services are fully functional and web pages on server are displayed properly but I can access to server only trough SSH :eek:

Help!
