The connection is not private

Hello!


Im having problems trying to connect to my whm.


If i try to connect using whm.mydomain.com i get the error:

The connection is not private

If i use an incognito window and press the "proceed anyway" my office router firewall is blocking the access. Same happens to all the accounts hosted in the same whm.

Also i cannot send support tickets, the submit button doesnt work.

When trying to access from command window i get connection timed out.


Im really worried because those accounts are from my customers and i cannot find a solution to this problem.

Hi,

It sounds like there is an issue with SSL.

Perhaps create a hotspot with your phone so you can connect to WHM?

Its the SSL Issue. Go to AutoSSL and Issue an SSL for whm and cpanel subdomains and Then Try Again. Alternatively, You can also directly login from Server Hostname

I agree that this sounds like an SSL issue with the hostname. If you have SSH access to the machine you can run the following command to issue an SSL for the hostname:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts
