The cPanel Store is processing the hostname certificate request

    Hello,

    Since about a week ago we're getting a lot messages about jobs we know nothing about. e.g.

    Subject: Output from your job 525

    Message:
    The cPanel Store is processing the hostname certificate request.
    The system will check the cPanel Store again the next time that
    '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts' runs.

    What is causing these and how can they been fixed?

    Hello,

    Information about the free cPanel-signed hostname SSL certificate is documented at:

    You should only receive that notification after a new hostname SSL certificate is needed on the system. Could you verify if these messages are delivered in cases where's there wasn't a recent change to the server's hostname?

    These messages are continuous. In a day we receive about 2.

    Hostname can't be changing everyday.

    Any news on this? We have also been receiving the same messages for a few weeks every night. Our service SSL certs are expiring in 12 days.
