    Hi

I have a dedicated server with over 100gb of free disk space but when I try to remove a forwarder I get..

The disk write test failed. You may have exceeded your quota, or the disk is full.

Something must have change because I have added and removed forwarders in the past without issue. The account I am using has unlimited disk usage set up.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers
    Michael

Have you tried after running a forceful cpanel update ( /scripts/upcp --force )? If the issue persists, check the cPanel error log and provide the error you find there when you try to remove the email forwarder.

try running /scripts/initquotas then /scripts/fixquotas also.

if issue perists, please provide the logs from cpanel error_log when you try to remove forwarder? it may have additional information regarding the issue. also provide the output of "df -h" and "cat /etc/fstab"

Can you also please check the permissions on /etc/valiases and /etc/valiases/domain.com (where domain.com is the domain name for the forwarder you are trying to remove)?

    Code:
    ls -ld /etc/valiases
    ls -lah /etc/valiases/domain.com
The correct permissions are the following:

    Code:
    root@host [~]# ls -ld /etc/valiases
    drwx--x--x 2 root root 4096 Jul 4 00:27 /etc/valiases/

    root@host [~]# ls -lah /etc/valiases/endar.org
    -rw-r----- 1 endar mail 9 Jul 4 00:25 /etc/valiases/endar.org
You might also try running "/scripts/fixvaliases" without the quotes to see the results.

Next, you might check inodes just in case:

    Code:
    df -i
Since you are on a dedicated machine, inodes aren't like the issue, though.
