The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space

    Suddenly few hours ago mysql not working & cant open cpanel & whm, get this message :


    then i try reboot from ssh

    now whm can opened
    but cpanel still get above message & mysql still not working

    in WHM > Service Status is like this, Mount Point of / and /var/tmp are 100% :


    can you please help solve this? i already tried by my self but still cant fix this
    this is the first time got this problem since installing cpanel a month ago

    Your main / partitions is 100% full and due to that you are getting this issues, Can you please login your server and let me know following command output so that I can assist you on this.

    Code:
    cd /
    
    du -sch * --exclude=home

    problem solved by cpanel support, its because backup path is in /backup
    i am moving it to /home/backup now
