now is more of 48 hours without cPanel, email, PhpMyAdmin, etc...

users are desperated...

and staff simply say "searching solution"...

I see our team was able to check the issue, and they determined there was a network problem on the machine that was keeping updates from being installed normally. It does look like the hosting provider was able to fix the issue, but please let us know if you need anything else from our end.
