I've just started this. I got my domain a few days ago. However, even though I uploaded my file, whenever I visit my site, it says the server can't be reached or something. Why doesn't it go to my index file. Do I need to somehow specify that when you go to jjpsnet.com that it should go to that page. I named it index.htm .... Why isn't it working?

    You don't have an index.html in public_html from what I see. It's in, /public_html/joey/

Copy that file over to /public_html/ and you should have what you seek.

I've you move a file between directories, the change would take effect right away. The only thing to keep in mind, sometimes you will need to refresh the page in your browser.

If this is the page you're looking for (http://jjpsnet.com/index.htm), then it's working correctly.
