I am getting error from cPanel update. The last attempt to update cPanel & WHM was blocked.

error is in your log you have an active account transfer running

To elaborate on what @dalem noted, if you're not actively transferring something you may want to check WHM>>Transfers>Review Transfers and Restores to abort a failed or stalled transfer that may be present.
