Hi.I hope i find a solutions for issue I experiencing on my newly build whm/cpanel domain.

Trouble is with login into webmail...if I create account in iphone/android/outlook everything works perfect..send/receive emails works......but.....Problem starts..

When i try to login via webmail(in house or external) webail throwing LOGIN failed for all created users within cpanel(webmail access is enabled) If I try to login via cpanel admin that works, webmail interface is opening via all webmail client and able to send/receive emails.

PS : 2096 webmail port is open on firewall and CPhulk is disabled.

I believe somebody have a trick to get this working.

Thank you

At the bottom of this thread is a block called Similar Threads. In it, multiple threads listed with the same exact title as yours.

The documentation should also be helpful:
cPHulk Brute Force Protection - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Specifically, this:

"When cPHulk blocks an IP address or account, it does not identify itself as the source of the block. Instead, the login page displays the following warning message: The login is invalid."

I believe somebody have a trick to get this working.
This may be the trick you're looking for:
