Hello,

I've issues and i tried all possible solutions and this is not working

The MySQL server is currently offline.

adminbin Cpanel/cpmysql/DBCACHE: exit 11

I updated cpanel and this is not working
I downgraded mariadb and this not working too !!

Any help?

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with MySQL. I would start by checking the MySQL error log, which by default is located at /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err on the system. If you check those logs right after a restart attempt that may give you helpful clues as to what the issue may be. Can you try that and report back?
