Hello

I m having an issue creating a new account i get this message
The name of another account on this server has the same initial 8 characters as the given username (acountname). Each username’s first 8 characters must be unique.

What happen previously is that i created an acount with same name and i deleted and i wanna creat again so i got this error

Help please !

Hello :)

How did you terminate the previous account? Check to make sure that account does not still exist. You can use a command such as:
